Vitoria-Gasteiz tiene un sin-número de establecimientos de hostelería de todos los estilos y categorías aunque no muchos podríamos encasillarlos de esta manera, si bien matizamos que el concepto “barato” para nosotros es cualquier plato de cocina que sobrepase con holgura las mayores expectativas que de él esperamos. En este sentido encontramos en esta ciudad algunos restaurantes que en cierta manera pueden pasar algo desapercibidos para el público y que vamos a intentar acercarlos al consumidor por las inmensas sorpresas que pueden depararnos. En la calle Extremadura nº 5 encontramos el MESON LEMAR, un restaurante abierto hace unos pocos años por Guillermo Pérez y que llegó a Gasteiz hace ahora veinte años tras unos cuantos años más por distintas provincias y capitales del estado curtiéndose y aprendiendo en todos los sentidos.
