En este sentido encontramos en esta ciudad algunos restaurantes que en cierta manera pueden pasar algo desapercibidos para el público y que vamos a intentar acercarlos al consumidor por las inmensas sorpresas que pueden depararnos. En la calle Extremadura nº 5 encontramos el MESON LEMAR, un restaurante abierto hace unos pocos años por Guillermo Pérez y que llegó a Gasteiz hace ahora veinte años tras unos cuantos años más por distintas provincias y capitales del estado curtiéndose y aprendiendo en todos los sentidos.
