Miranda de Ebro es desde hace siglos cruce de caminos y paso obligado entre el norte y la meseta castellana. En ella han confluido desde siempre gentes y culturas diversas que han configurado un variopinto puzzle de personas y costumbres que han hecho de Miranda una ciudad singular donde lo que se impone a cualquier concepto es el de sentirse sobretodo mirandeses. En ese punto lo mismo destaca una cocina eminentemente local de la que se sienten orgullosos como una cocina donde lo castellano y lo vasco confraternizan en clara armonía.
