RESTAURANTE BALINTXARREKETA

Laudio, con sus algo más de 18.000 habitantes es la principal localidad alavesa después de la capital Gasteiz. Cuenta con un importante tejido industrial y unos cuantos restaurantes donde acuden los trabajadores de las empresas de este entorno, aunque el restaurante elegido hoy poco o nada tiene que ver con el resto de los establecimientos que podemos encontrar en el pueblo.
A unos 3 minutos del centro de Laudio y en la carretera hacia Orozko encontramos el restaurante Balintxarreketa, sito en un idílico entorno por el que corre un pequeño riachuelo junto al aparcamiento y que cruzamos por un puente para entrar en un precioso caserío de más de 200 años rodeado de huertas, árboles frutales, plantas y flores por doquier.
